According to notes left by Arthur J. Alexander, Julius is the first cousin of the Henry Alexander. [1]

1893: Naturalization card lists address as 410 E. 83rd St., New York, NY

1920 U.S. Census lists Julius Alexander, wife Esther and 3 children living at 603 Monroe St., Brooklyn, NY, next to Nathan Alexander and his family.

1930 U.S. Census says he is living at 1464 87th St., Brooklyn, New York, New York, USA. [308]

1950: At time of death, lived at 8402 4th Ave., New York, NY

Parents listed on Julius' death certificate:
- Father: Solomon Alexander
- Mother: Gertrude Fergenbaum
Based on other evidence*, Julius still assumed to be brother of Max and Nathan.

* This other evidence includes:
- Max Alexander's obituary listing Julius and Nathan as brothers;
- the three (Max, Nathan and Julius) are all buried together in Mount Lebanon Cemetery
- 1920 Census lists Julius and Nathan living next to each other
- Nathan is the witness on Julius' naturalization papers
- Jane Alexander Bangley remembers her great uncle, Max (but knew nothing about Nathan)
